Long time no posts, yes, its been kinda hectic for me to update anything exciting. However there has been some progress in lvl, current lvl is 53 and trying to do at least 1-2% a day to slowly move towards lvl 55 morph.

Plouks is back

Good old Plouks is back after a few years' break. I suppose he's just here to check out some new stuff. First thing we did was a short hunt in DVC. And we pulled a decent drop. Haven't been playing much. Dusted off my mage, it's a nice change.

Every now and then

Gotta agree with Karm there in the last post. Event damaged me as well, not that i complain about the obtained items which are very cool, but in the way, where i dont feel jumping into "hunt before work, hunt after work, hunt every free moment..." pattern.

Its all about mates in the game who you have fun with, really, and if u can take the utmost from the skills that your char has, then it makes it a fun game.

I do plan to get back on lvling at some point, just need to breath some life outside the game. Dont even think I wont bug you to log in and play! I will!

Event end

The event lasted for 2 weeks, which was at least 1 week too long. I'd like to thank those people who have hunted with me and got rich, and would like to curse the one-user tank/healer greedy losers who killed 4 times as slow as we did in the same sentence. You're welcome.

I can now post a lot of drops, but there is no point. There's no skill in getting these items. Was all about luck.

So pretty much didn't like this event. Drop rate really was too high - the adena drop alone was silly. Thanks to the event my knight made the end game, so there isn't really a point to keep on going.

I'll still log on for some amusement or some funt hunt, but ... not much more.

Hmm, and mhm. I left KOD today. Reading few BP letters and also couple of reasons made me decide to not stay around.

Teaming up with a new pledge right away, guess what, RiffRaff is there! Is it me, or I mention Riff too often?:D And there is a reason, take alook below! She is just there every time when something drops! woot!

The wishlist on the right menu bar looks totally new to me:) which is only a good thing!

Such epic events like this "Mambo" one will always have a big impact to "rare - call them very expencive bling bling" items on the market. Trust me, I learned it from the last halloween event. Thank you Riff one more time for beeing around again! It is the utmost importance to grab the item with the lowest price tag as fast as possible. You have to be very careful if you want to wait the end of the event to buy something when there is simply nothing to grab!

Im not gonna discuss the prices here, Im very happy I got these items with the prices I got, except the Merk cap, which dropped twice on the same day to the same party. Thank you Riff, Jorja, Espectro, Powered, Karmoth and others who helped me to optain such items!

So, if you look at the drops its nothing big. Quite few other "rare -> common" items have dropped in KOD (3 DK swords in KOD now -.-!) and Karmoth probly can post his best highlights too! I remember beeing in a party where Caspa cap and Sema cap dropped, didnt feel like pressing a screenshot at that time, cause others were getting much more huber items -.-. I feel glad so far tho, we've had parties where the people are cool and we ve worked it out so that nobody is left aside when something drops.

went to see test server gtz this morning if something unusual is on sale. Well, nothing so rare that we havent seen or heard. But its deffinately fun to see that these items really drop :) mostly if not all from the current event i would guess.

Power of 3

Me, Peaceout and CherryPopper went to seek some Mummies and KV's today, few ladies walkin around there too. Recognising this place ey? :) yes yes, TOI floor 97. Fun and good drops in terms of haste pots and ndai ocasionally. Do not tempt to go wild in there though, Iris still a killer with her tornado.

Iris and KV were not too bad to kill. Mummies however are a pain to kill. Since we all mages, we tried different ways to get those creatures hit the floor. For example VT to KV was fun, but little bit risky without immu hehe. Overall, hunting in these floors is probably not worth the reward, unless u are like superlucky with the first few to get some kv sword or iris ammy or etc, which im not sure is really dropppin even there?

For a later run to grim, me did not make it alive, no AB and got stuck with 3 water spirits. Even tho no 1 hitters, they hit through immu half of my hp per hit, which is roughly 250hp per kick. Now if u have 3, hitting the same time, sigh, counter magic resists one, and the other 2 hits, well, u better pray:)

Loving it

Its been couple of days now since I hit 52. Very nice I must admit, DK morph and the +1 stat and dires are sooo much fun. Toi 10floor, spawn area, no problem. 15th floor with 3 succu packs, not a problem. 20 floor spawn area, little bit harder, but manageable. 41 floor, pretty decent with just few cones of cold and dires do their rawrs. Dvc 6, not a problem at all with 2 succus and queen. Hmm, where else...

Been thinking to try kill some in 81 floor, but using my mr set, means no mp regen whatsoever. Any fun ideas with dires or without?

Not too much exping now, will take things slow and perhaps at one point little boost again towards the next levels. That said, was thinking to add +2 wis next, and when lvl 55 arrives someday, then +1 int. What do u think would be wise? I lack MR alot atm, and for TU my 20 base int is very decent.

And so the Demon on the SS above is yellow, eh, very cool, I dont like the red -.-
Lich is still red tho.

The Iron Quest

Since I'm not leveling anymore for a while, it's a good time to try and make some items. I'm trying to make all kinds of stuff, including I-boots. And I-boots means lots and lots of iron. So I've been hunting IT for a bit with dobers and cats. Think I'll start blowing 100 I-boots. That means 16k iron. I'm over halfway :)

Hunted IT 8 a bit with Warf, and he couldn't have said it better. I almost fell of my chair laughing.

Cougar took us by surprise

Hunted with Cherrypopper some TOI 50fl in search for some good drops. Along with a couple scrolls, we found the big cat hiding in a corner. He dropped bzel and assorted junk. Nothing to add, haven't been playing much.

Head of Chaos

I keep forgetting taking pictures of drops. Mainly because I've seen most of it already. Chaos I haven't ended a lot yet, so I took a screen of the drops. MerryXmas found Chaos up, called for help and with the aid of Peaceout we ended it pretty fast. There was someone else hitting Chaos, but I suppose he didn't get a drop.Mainly leveling some pets now (cats and dobers) and eagerly waiting for the boss event.

Very long time ago, knights were the greatest of all. They did The Damage, they were the key to hurt somth. In a long while, its beeing changing and even questioned, are they still the greatest? Now, reading DAOJOHN blog update,

Counter barrier is The Thing. Knights, i wouldnt be worried anymore:)

Once again, Im convinced (I always knew), they are the greatest. I mean, to me, they were always on the picture of damage output, not so much with the age of DE perhaps, yeye..., but in general, knight class is very unique.

Preparing for the 4th

Test server swarmed with phx, it is needed to practice a bit with the real ones:) Was actually surprised i pulled something, 55+ and 60+ ppl hitting next to me, very hard to pull somth u know. Notice me swinging with the big VT hand there behind phx? :P

Now, done that, sold it right away for 1,2mil cause thinking how many there will be dropping during event will affect the price quite a bit ey? At least this got me some mgems to make counter scrolls and stuff :)

EP6 goes live in Taiwan

Checking some blogs and, found updates on daojohn.blogspot.com/. EP6 goes live in 12th of July. The ancient enchant scrolls which we've heard lately... oh my, look at those screenshots HERE. +11 is like a 1 out of 1. Im tellin u ppl, dont buy +9 anymore! its a waste! Rofl, Im sure it takes a year till this stuff even is on US test, and im more than sure it will be nerfed big time for the live servers. But nevertheless, these +11 weapons are probly killer amazing.

Wonder of TU

Call me a noob, but I didnt know you get 1 lawful point when u try to TU a mop. If you succeed the Turn you get regular lawful points per mop plus 1 lawful point for trying. I know its not a big lawful boost but still. Turn Undead has so much good in it, and you discover this now ey? Everyone knew this, right?

Level up

It's been a long, boring road. I would like to thank everyone who buffed me along the way. Too many to name, but you know who you are. For now, I'm going to take things easy in terms of leveling.

Bot in TOI

After a couple nice hunts, the server suddenly got hit by some massive lag. Two spikes of around 5 seconds each were a good indicator not to taunt the powers that be any further. After a big break I log back in - and me still not trusting the situation - decided to hunt some TOI 4fl. Usually a place without much people with a decent spawn. And Medusa can drop decent. I enter some kind of chamber and wake up a big spawn. I go back to the 2 vs 1 spot and when I was about to kill the spawn, some guy comes cruising along, walks through me and starts hitting a medusa. No fun ... As I'm well known for my diplomacy skills, I start hitting him for a bit. Rather than killing him, I hope he just venz. He hits the ground and to my joy a medusa or a spider got the chao. Good job.

After this the hunt got boring pretty fast (bad exp and no drops worth mentioning). Currently at 83% and some leftovers.

Fresh Blood

UnIDeD had been asking me several times to post here, so here I am. Don't expect me to post twice a day or so. If nothing exciting happens in Lineage, I won't be posting much.


Right now I'm trying to get my knight to a higher level.

If the Lineage God of Lag treats me well, I should be able to level up in around 7 days.
